Executive assistant
Personal Assistant – Job Opening
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support executive, business, and ministry operations. This role requires strong administrative skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Calendar & Schedule Management
- Maintain and update the executive calendar across personal, ministry, and business engagements.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Set weekly focus blocks and share reminders/daily agendas.
2. Communication & Coordination
- Draft, proofread, and send official correspondence including emails, WhatsApp, and DMs.
- Liaise with staff, clients, ministry leaders, collaborators, and service providers.
- Act as a gatekeeper to streamline communication and reduce interruptions.
- Manage RSVP lists, follow-ups, and soft reminders.
3. Project & Task Management
- Track projects, delegate tasks, and monitor progress to completion.
- Maintain a weekly task board.
- Manage timelines for events, launches, classes, and campaigns.
4. Event & Meeting Support

Assist with event planning, logistics, and meeting preparation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (or related field).
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a busy office environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be a committed Christian.
