Our Guiding Objectives
- To ensure disadvantaged youth acquire life skills, relevant labor market skills, and small business development
- To facilitate disadvantaged youth access to internship and job opportunities through institutionalized public-private partnerships
- To ensure youth receive vital pre and post-job placement counseling, support, and services including financial help as they transition to work or startups.
About the Scholarship
As part of our Community involvement, AEI in Partnership with corporate social responsibility practitioners aims to overcome barriers that hinder youth from accessing skilled training for future advancement of youth.

Scholarship Criteria
- Criteria 1 - 100% Scholarship
- Criteria 2 -50% Scholarship
What is NOT covered by the Scholarship
- Accommodation
- Local traveling
- External examination
- Practical Fees
- Other Admission requirements ie. T-shirts, uniforms,
- Registration fee
Criteria for Awarding
- Applicants MUST have an admission letter from the AEI
- Scholarship only targets youth for 3 months of short courses.
- Applicants should be aged between 18-25 years and pass the beneficial criteria above
- Students should have attained a D and above to be considered for a short course
- Applicants must show proof that they are capable of financing their upkeep expenses.
- A scholarship application form must be filled in completion and include a letter of recommendation from a local leader
- A social inquiry will be conducted
- Applicants must be of high moral character.
- Must commit to completing the course
- Must commit to following all the institute policies and code of conduct.
- Sign a commitment form to follow all requirements, rules, and regulations of the scholarship award.
