Job Description: We’re on the lookout for a Restaurant Manager who can lead our team to success. You’ll oversee daily operations, manage costs, lead staff, standardize recipes, ensure quality, drive business growth, analyze sales, manage events, and train staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Cost Management:
- Manage costs effectively.
- Reduce costs where possible.
Staff Management and Leadership:
- Motivate and lead the team.
- Address staff concerns.
Recipe Standardization and Wastage Reduction:
- Standardize recipes to reduce waste.
Experience with Audits and Quality Controls:
- Ensure compliance with standards.

Business Development and Marketing:
- Drive customer growth.
- Implement marketing strategies.
Menu Engineering and Sales Analysis:
- Develop profitable menus.
- Analyze sales data for improvements.
Banqueting and Event Management:
- Manage events successfully.
Training and Development:
- Train staff for consistency.
Requirements:
- Previous management experience.
- Diploma or a Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of food safety standards.
- Ability to adapt to change.
